LolaUp respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) claims.

Filing a Copyright Complaint To report infringement, send a written notice to [email protected] including:

• A physical or electronic signature

• Identification of the copyrighted work

• URL(s) of infringing content

• Your contact details

• A good faith belief statement

• A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury

Proactive Anti-Piracy Measures We proactively work to detect and remove pirated content from our platform. LolaUp uses internal tools and third-party technologies to identify unauthorized content, and we collaborate with rights holders to take swift action.

Counter-Notice If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. Upon verification, we may restore the content unless the original complainant takes legal action.

Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.
